Total Place – Children’s Centres
NHS Coventry led a series of engagement activities focusing on services and support for families with children aged 0 – 5 years, within the Foleshill area. In total 28 engagement activities were delivered ranging from focus groups, drop in sessions, questionnaire and individual interviews.
The engagement activities aimed to gather the experiences and aspirations from families regarding children centres, the services they use and their family health and wellbeing.
Participants were asked a series of questions, with the feedback being used as part of the Total Place project to assist local and regional partners across Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire in developing and delivering services.
The feedback report from this PPI work has been used to develop the next stage of the project and parents and service users across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull will continue to have an opportunity to work closely with us to improve the integration of health, education and other support services for children aged 0-5 years within these areas.
