NHS Coventry is keen to make sure that local people who give us their views and comments receive regular feedback on what difference their involvement has made and how we have used it to improve services. We do this in a number of ways, one of which is in an ‘Involvement Update’ newsletter and this is available here for you to have a look at.You will see that it gives the results of a survey which more than 2,000 local people completed, giving feedback on NHS services in Coventry, as well as how Coventry residents rate their GPs and the work that patients have done to help us develop the new city centre health facility in Hillfields.
