Locality Health Forums
The Locality Health Forums aim to provide a platform to engage and involve the Coventry community in an open conversation around their health needs, wants and aspirations.
The forum is an opportunity for local people to find out about health services across the city and help shape local health initiatives.
The Locality Health Forums will enable NHS Coventry to better communicate with local people and find out about upcoming health needs and concerns from people, and intern help inform health services for the future.
The vision is that each locality will help create a mission statement, which will highlight key objectives they would like to achieve from the locality health forum. (the project will be mindful and balanced ensuring it doesn’t raise expectation but aspiration, giving each locality, ownership of health issues and also possible health solutions) this will be continuously reviewed and intern used to evaluate its success.
The three localities will be the South, North East and North West of Coventry.
