Community Health Services 

Coventry Community Health Services (CCHS) currently provides community health services to adults and children across the city of Coventry. Some of our specialist services accept referrals from across the UK.  

We employ more than 1285 staff, working in a range of facilities including community clinics, GP practices and in people’s homes. We provide services to approximately 1,000 people each day.

Services include:

  • Specialist Services such as Sexual Health, GP Out of Hours;
  • Well Children Services inc. School Nursing and Health Visiting;
  • Child, Young People and Family Services inc. Community Paediatrics, Children’s Physiotherapy’
  • Rehabilitation Services inc. Wheelchair Services. Orthopaedics;
  • Clinical Assessment Services (CAS) inc. Health Trainers, Diabetes, Gynaecology;
  • Learning Disability Services inc. Residential Care, Home Based Support Team;
  • Long Term Conditions (LTC) inc. Palliative Care, Specialist Teams (Parkinsons Disease), District Nursing;
  • Community Dental Services inc. Specialist Community Dental Care.
