Phlebotomy
This is an NHS service provided free of charge. GP surgeries participating in the NHS Coventry phlebotomy service will see patients for blood tests, regardless of which practice you are registered with. All details correct at time of going to print.

PLEASE NOTE: Wednesday 30 November – due to industrial action the phlebotomy services at Coventry and Warwickshire Hospital and University Hospital will be much reduced. If at all possible we would advise you to avoid using these blood taking services on Wednesday. Please either attend on a different day or use one of the GP or pharmacies sites that will be running as normal on this day.
