Step 5: Feedback/Comments

You have the right to change your GP practice at any time, but it is always helpful to speak with the Practice Manager first, especially if you are unhappy with the level of patient service you have received from them.

We strongly encourage patients to give feedback to their practice – good or bad – as this helps to improve services in the future.

How can I provide feedback?

  • Make sure you do give your comments to the practice. Most of them have a comment box for anonymity if required.
  • You can contact NHS Coventry’s Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) on: 024 7624 6002 for confidential support, advice and information.
  • You can also do this via the NHS Choices Patient Feedback page on the NHS Choices website: www.nhs.uk 
  • GP
    GP stands for General Practitioner. GPs are family doctors.
