Join a programme
Be Active Be Healthy - A number of healthy living programmes to encourage you to become more physically active and eat healthily.
- One Body One Life (OBOL) - A free 12 week programme that includes weight management healthy eating and physical activity. For people 5 years and over .
- Active for Health – a 12 week exercise programme – people can be referred by a health professional.
- Coventry Healthy Walks – Free led walks
- EXTEND – an exercise programme for men and women over 60.

Active kidz - for children (7 – 15 years old) who need to become more active and focus on weight management.

Just4Mums - a FREE six week course designed to support women to safely manage their weight during pregnancy.

Health trainers now offer Counterweight a weight management and weight maintenance support programme. For more information phone 0300 200 0011 or email healthtrainer@coventrypct.nhs.uk
FREE 12 week slimming on prescription courses are available from certain GP surgeries across Coventry. For more information contact your local GP to see if they are part of this scheme or email healthyweight@coventry.gov.uk
