The 12 week programme is completely FREE and specialist advisors will provide you with expert advice and practical tips to support your quit attempt.
They will also explain the various medications available, including nicotine replacement therapies (NRT) that are designed to gradually reduce your need for nicotine. All NRT products are available on prescription.
